鼻内镜术后采用鼻喷激素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of nasal spray hormone treatment for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after nasal endoscopy

目的 探讨鼻内镜术后采用鼻喷激素对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者血清白介素-5(IL-5)、IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院行鼻内镜术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者64例为观察对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组、观察组。术后对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用鼻喷激素,比较两组鼻窦炎症状、鼻内镜下评分、鼻黏膜纤毛功能、血清IL-5、IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果 治疗后两组症状评分、鼻内镜评分、鼻黏膜纤毛功能比治疗前改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-5、IL-1β、TNF-α水平比治疗前下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内镜术后采用鼻喷激素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉能缓解症状,促进术后恢复,改善鼻黏膜纤毛功能,抑制炎症反应,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal spray hormone after endoscopic sinus surgery on the serum levels of interleukin-5 (IL-5),IL-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Sixty-four patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group.The postoperative control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received nasal spray hormone on the basis of conventional treatment.The two groups were compared with sinusitis symptoms,endoscopic nasal scores,nasal mucociliary function,serum IL-5,IL-1β,and TNF-α level.Results After treatment,the symptom score,nasal endoscopy score,and nasal mucosal cilia function of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05);the serum IL-5,IL-1β,and TNF-α in the two groups after treatment The level was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion After nasal endoscopy,the use of nasal spray hormone to treat chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can relieve symptoms,promote postoperative recovery,improve nasal mucosal cilia function,inhibit inflammation,and reduce complications.It is worthy of promotion.
