抗生素在上呼吸道感染治疗中的效果分析

目的 探析上呼吸道感染采取抗生素诊疗的临床效果。方法 选取区间2020年8月~2021年8月于重庆市云阳县人和街道中心卫生院进行就诊的上呼吸道感染患者研究,总病例数1858例,分析抗生素诊疗效果。结果 1858例患者中,使用抗生素者1830例,使用率达98.49%,共计使用抗生素种类为7种,采取单一抗生素诊疗者620例(占比为33.88%),二联抗生素者1158例(占比为63.28%),三联抗生素者52例(占比为2.84%);经治疗,显效679例、有效521例、无效630例,总效率为65.57%。结论 上呼吸道感染于抗生素诊疗中存有不合理用药现象,如剂量不当、联合用药不合理等,为避免上述情况发生,需强化医生专业素养,提高抗生素使用规范性,从而保证疗效,降低不良用药事件。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of antibiotics for diagnosis and treatment of upper respiratory tract infections.Methods A study of patients with upper respiratory tract infections in the Renhe Sub-district Central Health Center in Yunyang County,Chongqing City from August 2020 to August 2021.The total number of cases was 1858,and the effect of antibiotic diagnosis and treatment was analyzed.Results Among the 1858 patients,1830 were using antibiotics,the use rate was 98.49%,a total of 7 types of antibiotics were used,620 cases were diagnosed and treated with single antibiotics (33.88%),and 1158 cases were double antibiotics (accounted for) The ratio was (63.28%),52 cases of triple antibiotics (accounting for 2.84%);after treatment,679 cases were markedly effective,521 cases were effective,and 630 cases were ineffective.The total efficiency was 65.57%.Conclusion There are irrational use of drugs in the diagnosis and treatment of upper respiratory tract infections,such as improper doses,unreasonable combination medications,etc.In order to avoid the occurrence of the above,it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of doctors and improve the standardization of antibiotics to ensure the efficacy and reduce adverse effects.Medication incident.
