老年心血管疾病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的治疗方法及实施效果分析

Analysis of treatment methods and implementation effects of elderly cardiovascular diseases with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的 研究老年心血管疾病伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者行经鼻持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗的效果。方法 数据遴选我院2019年8月~2020年8月收治的68例老年心血管疾病伴OSAHS患者,“硬币分组法”分保守组(保守治疗,n=34)、通气组(CPAP治疗,n=34),2组疗效比较分析。结果 治疗前比较2组睡眠质量无差异,P>0.05;治疗后与保守组比较,通气组ESS、PSQI评分更低;有效率更高,P<0.05。结论 CPAP治疗老年心血管疾病伴OSAHS患者可改善睡眠质量、提高疗效,值得推崇。

Objective To study the effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods 68 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and OSAHS treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected.The “coin grouping method” was divided into conservative group (conservative treatment,n=34) and ventilation group (CPAP treatment,n=34).The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no difference in sleep quality between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;after treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower ESS and PSQI scores;the effective rate was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion CPAP treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease with OSAHS can improve the quality of sleep and improve the efficacy,which is worthy of praise.
