真菌性鼻窦炎的CT和MR特征性表现特征及其诊断价值

CT and MR characteristics of fungal sinusitis and its diagnostic value

目的 对比分析真菌性鼻窦炎患者的CT和MR特征性表现,后总结其诊断价值。方法 回顾性方式进行此研究,时段限制在2019年6月~2021年5月,对象为我院50例经临床病理研究证实的真菌性鼻窦炎患者,分析其CT影像学资料和MR特征性表现。结果 50例真菌性鼻窦炎患者,病变部位累及上颌窦最为多见,占比高达32.00%,其次是仅累及单侧上颌窦,占比为20.00%;最少为累及单侧上颌窦及同侧鼻腔、筛窦,占比仅有4.00%。真菌性鼻窦炎患者CT主要表现有窦腔改变、腔内改变、窦壁骨质改变以及病变周围改变。T1WI 病变窦腔周围以等信号或稍低信号较为多见,T2WI 病变窦腔周围以均匀或混杂高信号较为多见。结论 真菌性鼻窦炎患者在CT 、MR特征性表现中具有明显差异,临床可根据CT和MR特征性表现对真菌性鼻窦炎患者进行诊断,保证临床诊断价值的同时便于患者尽早接受对症治疗。

Objective To compare and analyze the CT and MR characteristics of patients with fungal sinusitis.Methods This study was conducted in a retrospective manner.The time period was limited from March 2019 to May 2021.The subjects were 50 patients with fungal sinusitis (confirmed by clinical pathological studies) in our hospital,and their CT imaging data and MR characteristics performance.Results In 50 patients with fungal sinusitis,the lesion involved the maxillary sinus most frequently,accounting for as high as 32.00%,accounting for 20.00%;at least involving the unilateral maxillary sinus and the ipsilateral side Nasal cavity and ethmoid sinus accounted for only 4.00%.The main CT findingsfungal sinusitis include sinus cavity changes,intracavity changes,sinus wall bone changes and surrounding changes.T1WI around the diseased sinus cavity is more common with iso-signal or slightly low signal,and T2WI around the diseased sinus cavity:it is more common with uniform.Conclusion Patients with fungal sinusitis have obvious differences in CT and MR characteristic manifestations.CT and MR manifestations,ensuring the clinical diagnostic value and facilitating the patients to receive symptomatic treatment as soon as possible.
