咽鼓管功能障碍评价方法及治疗相关研究进展

随着人们生活方式的改变以及对自身健康问题的重视,咽鼓管功能障碍已经成为耳鼻喉科的常见疾病,发病率明显提高,并且由于目前缺乏咽鼓管功能障碍规范的诊断手段,也没有诊断的“金标准”,以及缺少有效的治疗方式,给耳鼻喉科医师带来挑战。因此准确的诊断及有效的治疗咽鼓管功能障碍十分重要。本文总结了目前常用的咽鼓管功能评价方法以及新兴的咽鼓管球囊扩张术,以期更加方便、准确的诊疗咽鼓管功能障碍。

With the change of life style and people’s attention to their own health problems,Eustachian tube dysfunction has become a common disease of otolaryngology,and the incidence of Eustachian tube dysfunction has increased significantly,and due to the lack of standard diagnostic means of Eustachian tube dysfunction at present,There is also no “gold standard” for diagnosis,and the lack of effective treatments poses challenges for Otolaryngologists.Therefore,accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of eustachian tube dysfunction is very important.In this paper,the common evaluation methods of eustachian tube function and the emerging balloon dilatation of eustachian tube were summarized in order to make the diagnosis and treatment of eustachian tube dysfunction more convenient and accurate.
