护理干预用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后护理中促进病人康复的效果研究

Effect of nursing intervention on promoting rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery

目的 分析与研究护理干预对于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉内腔镜后护理中促进病人康复的效果。方法本次研究选择的368例慢性鼻息肉患者是我院耳鼻喉科于2020年1月-2021年7月所收治的,以随机分配法这367例患者平均分为常规组184例和研究组184例,对常规护理组患者进行常规护理,对研究组患者采用采用具有综合型的护理方法进行护理和治疗,对比两组患者的在鼻内镜术后的护理效果和康复效果。结果 研究组的护理有效率明显高于常规组,差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 对术后的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者进行综合性护理能够有效提升治疗效果,促进患者早日康复,值得临床持续推广和使用。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic nursing.Methods 368 patients with chronic nasal polyps selected in this study were treated in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021.The 367 patients were randomly divided into 184 cases in the routine group and 184 cases in the study group.The patients in the routine nursing group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the study group were given comprehensive nursing care and treatment,The nursing effect and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after operation can effectively improve the treatment effect and promote the early recovery of patients,which is worthy of continuous clinical promotion and use.
