摘要
目的 讨论急性上呼吸道感染的护理体会及预防措施。方法 2020年1月~2020年12月,将220例急性上呼吸道感染患者随机分为对照组与研究组各110例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理,同时两组均接受预防措施宣教干预,观察指标:护理效果。结果 研究组护理效果总有效率的94.55%明显高于对照组护理效果总有效率的72.73%,统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 急性上呼吸道感染患者采用综合护理后效果明显,可促进临床症状及身体机能恢复,为保障预后效果,还应做好此病的预防措施。
Objective To discuss the nursing experience and preventive measures of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,220 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,110 cases each.The control group carried out routine care,the study group carried out comprehensive care,at the same time,both groups received preventive measures propaganda and education intervention,observation indicators:nursing effect.Results 94.55% of the total effective rate of the nursing effect in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.73%),with significant statistical difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing is obvious in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection,which can promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and physical function.In order to guarantee the outcome of prognosis,preventive measures should be taken.
