拾味双花护鼻膏在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后止血的效果观察

Effect of Shiwei Shuanghua nose protecting ointment on hemostasis after endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis

目的 观察拾味双花护鼻膏对慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内镜术后止血的临床效果。方法 选取我院耳鼻咽喉科2019年01月~2020年12月80例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组40例,对照组在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后给予常规治疗及常规颈部冰袋冷敷护理的基础上,采用面粉冷敷术后患者鼻面部;治疗组在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后给予常规治疗及常规颈部冰袋冷敷护理的基础上,采用拾味双花护鼻膏冷敷术后患者鼻面部。观察比较两组患者治疗后至鼻腔敷料取出患者出血程度。结果 治疗组出血程度较对照组少,差异比较P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论 拾味双花护鼻膏冷敷慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者鼻面部,出血少,操作简单,方式新颖,值得推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shiwei Shuanghua nose protecting ointment on hemostasis after functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods 80 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flour cold compress after endoscopic sinus surgery on the basis of routine treatment and routine neck ice bag cold compress nursing;On the basis of routine treatment and routine neck ice bag cold compress nursing after endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis,the treatment group used Shiwei Shuanghua nose protecting ointment to cold compress the nose and face of the patients after operation.The degree of bleeding from the treatment to the removal of nasal dressing was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The degree of bleeding in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The cold compress of Shiwei Shuanghua nose protecting ointment on the nose and face of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery has the advantages of less bleeding,simple operation and novel method,which is worthy of popularization and application.
