头缩喉吞咽法用于食管癌术后吞咽功能障碍护理中的临床价值分析

Analysis of clinical value of head-retracting throat swallowing method in nursing care of swallowing dysfunction after esophageal cancer surgery

目的 探讨头缩喉吞咽法用于食管癌术后吞咽功能障碍护理中的临床价值。方法 抽取2019年1月~2020年12月收治的70例食管癌术后吞咽功能障碍患者,以数字随机表法分为观察组及对照组各35例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行头缩喉吞咽法,对两组干预结果进行比较。结果 干预前,两组SSA评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,观察组SSA评分较对照组低(P<0.05);干预前,两组反流/咳嗽、吞咽困难、疲劳/疼痛评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,观察组上述消化道症状评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 头缩喉吞咽法用于食管癌术后吞咽功能障碍护理中既能改善消化道症状,还可改善患者吞咽功能,值得应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of head shrinking throat swallowing method in the nursing of swallowing dysfunction after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods A sample of 70 patients with swallowing dysfunction after surgery for esophageal cancer who were admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases each according to the number random table method.The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group performed head contraction and throat swallowing on this basis.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in SSA scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the SSA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Before the intervention, the scores of reflux/cough, dysphagia, and fatigue/pain were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of the above-mentioned digestive tract symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The head-retracting throat swallowing method used in the nursing of swallowing dysfunction after esophageal cancer surgery can not only improve the symptoms of digestive tract, but also improve the swallowing function of patients, and it is worthy of application.
