围术期护理干预对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者疗效及并发症的影响

The effect of perioperative nursing intervention on the curative effect and complications of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media

目的 研究围术期护理干预对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者疗效。方法 从我院慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中选取100例,将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),分别给予常规护理和围术期优质护理,对比效果。结果 观察组患者相较于对照组而言,听力障碍评分和并发症发生率均更低,P<0.05。结论 围术期对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者给予优质护理,可提高治疗效果,且避免并发症发生。

Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods Select 100 patients from our hospital with chronic suppurative otitis media,divide them into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases),and give them routine care and perioperative high-quality care to compare the effects.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had lower hearing impairment scores and complication rates,P<0.05.Conclusion In the perioperative period,high-quality nursing care for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can improve the treatment effect and avoid complications.
