摘要
目的 探讨分析脑卒中吞咽障碍患者采用健康教育的临床效果。方法 选择本院2020年5月~2021年4月收治的该疾病患者作为研究主体,纳选对象共计76例,以随机数字表法将其均匀划分为两组,每组各38例,常规组患者予以常规健康指导,观察组患者则采取健康教育,组间对比两组患者的吞咽情况、并发症发生率以及营养状况。结果 观察组护理后VFSS评分明显高于常规组,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率远远比常规组低,P<0.05;同时观察组护理后Hb、血清Alb以及TG显著高于常规组,组间数值对比差异显著P<0.05。结论 采取健康教育能显著提升其吞咽功能,还能减少并发症的发生,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effects of health education in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods The patients with the disease admitted in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the main body of the study.A total of 76 subjects were enrolled,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Routine The patients in the observation group were given regular health guidance,and the patients in the observation group were given health education.The swallowing status,complication rate and nutritional status of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results The VFSS score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the routine group,P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the observation group was much lower than that of the routine group,P<0.05;At the same time,the Hb,serum Alb and TG of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the routine group Group,the difference in numerical comparison between groups was significant P<0.05.Conclusion Adopting health education can significantly improve its swallowing function and reduce the occurrence of complications.The clinical application value is significant.
