细节护理干预在小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of detailed nursing intervention in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的 分析在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中应用细节护理干预的效果。方法 于本社区中心诊疗且符合研究标准的小儿急性上呼吸道感染患儿中筛选78例为探究主体,研究开展至完成日期为2020年8月-2021年8月,应用随机数字表法进行分组,组名称为研究组(39例)、对照组(39例)。护理过程中,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受细节护理干预,研究结束后比较各组患儿护理效果、临床症状消失时间以及家长护理满意度。结果 相较于对照组研究结果,研究组护理总有效率、家长满意度评分均明显较高,临床症状消失时间明显较早,各项观察指标均有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论 在小儿急性上呼吸道感染中实施细节护理干预具有理想效果,可促进疾病症状消失,相较于常规护理,疗效更加显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing intervention in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 78 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection who were diagnosed and treated in the pediatric department of our hospital and met the research criteria were screened as the main body of research.The study was carried out to the completion date from August 2020 to August 2021.The random number table method was used for grouping.The names of the groups were the study group (39 cases) and the control group (39 cases).During the nursing process,the control group received routine nursing care,and the research group received detailed nursing intervention.After the study,the nursing effect,clinical symptom disappearance time and parents’ nursing satisfaction were compared in each group.Results Compared with the study results of the control group,the total nursing efficiency and parent satisfaction scores of the study group were significantly higher,the time of clinical symptoms disappeared significantly earlier,and the observation indicators were statistically different,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing intervention in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection has an ideal effect,which can promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,and at the same time improve the nursing effect and parent satisfaction.It is an ideal and scientific nursing intervention model and is worthy of promotion.
