摘要
生物标志物作为一种可测量的生物信号,可在机体的炎症反应、氧化应激、免疫反应、代谢等作用过程中体现。目前,大量研究人员在积极寻找参与青光眼病理生理过程的相关生物标志物,以便能够对青光眼患者进行早期诊断、监测病情发展、预估术后风险等。本文综述目前关于原发性青光眼生物标志物的研究进展,为临床选择合适的检测指标及治疗手段提供新的思路。
Biomarkers are measurable biological signals that can be reflected in the body’s inflammatory response,oxidative stress,immune response,and metabolism.A large number of researchers have been actively searching for biomarkers involved in the pathophysiological process of glaucoma to enable early diagnosis of glaucoma,monitoring of disease progression,and prediction of postoperative risks.This article reviews the current research progress in primary glaucoma biomarkers to provide new ideas for the selection of appropriate clinical tests and treatments.
