融合创新理念下的河南省非物质文化遗产保护传承研究

Study on the Protection and Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Henan Province Based on the Concept of Fusion Innovation

河南省具有丰富的非物质文化遗产资源。笔者统计了河南省国家级以及省级非物质文化遗产的类型及数量,总结了河南省非物质文化遗产的社会、文化、艺术、经济价值,分析了现阶段河南省非物质文化遗产创新融合发展中所面临的问题,提出了促进河南省非物质文化遗产资源保护与传承的策略和方法:资源的挖潜、保护与申报;非物质文化资源的合理利用;旅游开发;加强政府职能;加强科学研究等。希望通过一系列方法和措施,达到保护与开发的平衡,最终实现河南省非物质文化遗产资源的可持续发展。

Henan Province is rich in intangible cultural heritage resources. The author counts the types and quantities of national and provincial intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province, summarizes the Social value, cultural value, artistic value and economic value of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province, and analyzes the problems faced by the innovative integration and development of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province at this stage.. It puts forward strategies and methods to promote the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage resources in Henan Province: tapping the potential, protection and declaration of resources;rational use of intangible cultural resources;tourism development;strengthening government functions;strengthening scientific research. We hope to achieve the balance between protection and development through a series of methods and measures, and ultimately achieve the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage resources in Henan Province.
