硫化型金矿浮选技术研究现状及进展

Research status and progress of the flotationtechnology for gold sulfide ore

概述了硫化型金矿浮选技术的主要研究进展,分析了硫化型金矿常用浮选工艺的特点、优点及适用范围,从浮选电化学、分子动力学的角度对硫化型金矿浮选理论研究进展进行了总结,同时对硫化型金矿浮选捕收剂、有机和无机抑制剂、活化剂的主要研究进展以及黏土矿物对硫化型金矿石浮选的影响研究成果进行了介绍,并且对硫化型金矿浮选技术未来的研究重点和发展方向进行了展望。

In this paper the main progress made in research and development of flotation technology for gold sulfide ores was reviewed.Moreover,the characteristics,merits and adaptability of common flotation technologies for beneficiation of gold sulfide ores were discussed.Some progresses made in research and development of flotation theory for gold sulfide ore was summarized from the prospective of the electrochemistry of flotation and molecular dynamics.At the same time,the major research progress of collectors,organic and inorganic inhibitors and activators for flotation of gold sulfide ores were introduced.Finally,the theoretical achievement on the influence of clay minerals on gold sulfide ores flotation behavior was presented.On this basis,an outlook was given to the focus and research interests of flotation technology for beneficiating gold sulfide ores.
