摘要
目的:采用Sommerlad-Furlow法对不完全性腭裂的患者进行手术,并对其术前、术后软腭长度变化进行研究及探讨。方法:共纳入41例不完全性腭裂患儿,均采用Sommerlad-Furlow法进行手术,统计术前软腭长度、术后软腭长度,并对不同性别、年龄组间进行差异比较,采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:总体术前软腭长度为(10.195±1.600)mm,术后软腭长度为(20.341±1.726)mm,平均延长长度为(10.146±1.085)mm,手术前后软腭长度的变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);不同性别、年龄组间软腭延长长度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Sommerlad-Furlow法可有效延长软腭长度,并且在不同性别、年龄组间,软腭的延长长度差异无统计学意义,其为提高腭咽闭合率提供了良好的基础,但该方法的远期效果及术后语音功能的恢复需要进一步的研究。
Objective:Using Sommerlad-Furlow palatoplasty for surgical treatment of patients with incomplete cleft palate,and studying the changes of soft palate length before and after palatoplasty.Methods:A total of 41 patients with incomplete cleft palate were enrolled.The patients were treated with Sommerlad-Furlow palatoplasty.The length of soft palate before and after operation was recorded,and the differences between genders and ages were compared.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:The overall length of soft palate before operation was(10.195±1.600)mm,and the length of soft palate after operation was(20.341±1.726)mm,with an average extension of(10.146±1.085)mm.The changes of soft palate length before and after palatoplasty demonstrated significant difference(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between genders and ages(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sommerlad-Furlow palatoplasty could effectively extend the length of soft palate with no statistical difference between different gender and age groups,which laying a good foundation for improving the velopharyngeal closure rate,but the long-term effects and postoperative pronunciation recovery of this method need further studies.
