摘要
为克服聚乳酸烧结难成形、收缩形变大的问题,提出一种以松木粉为辅助原料的激光烧结成形工艺,根据共混物的物化特性确定激光烧结成形工艺参数,并研究组分配比对松木/聚乳酸激光烧结成形制件性能的影响。结果表明:加入松木粉几乎不影响共混物加工温度的选取,且能够提高激光烧结成形制件的尺寸精度,但会一定程度影响制件的力学性能。
In order to overcome the problems of difficult sintering and large shrinkage deformation of polylactic acid,a selective laser sintering machining technology with pine powder as auxiliary raw materials was proposed.The parameters of selective laser sintering were determined according to the physicochemical properties of the blend,and the effect of mass ratio on the forming properties of laser sintering pine/polylactic acid was studied.The results showed that the addition of pine powder hardly affects the selection of machining temperature of the blend,and it can improve the dimensional accuracy of selective laser sintered parts but will affect the mechanical properties in a certain extent.
