在全面推进乡村振兴的道路上,职业农民分层分类培训是职业农民培训高质量发展的必然方向,对于培养不同类型、不同层次的职业农民以满足农业现代化、产业化需求有重要意义。在厘清职业农民属性和职业农民培训内涵的基础上,阐释职业农民分层分类培训的内在理由与内涵要义具有重要意义。鉴于此,从理论层面指明职业农民分层分类培训服务技能型社会人才库建设、对接乡村振兴产业发展需求、落实农村职业教育改革、满足职业农民个性化多元化需求的逻辑理路。落到实践中,职业农民分层分类培训需建立健全职业农民培训体系、加强高质量“双师型”师资队伍建设、构建层级化模块化的职业农民培训课程体系、探索职业农民分层分类教学模式。

On the road of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the stratified and classified training of professional farmers is an inevitable direction for the highquality development of professional farmers′training,which is of great significance for cultivating different types and levels of professional farmers to meet the needs of agricultural modernization and industrialization.On the basis of clarifying the attributes of professional farmers and the connotation of professional farmers′training,this paper explains the internal reasons and connotations of professional farmers′hierarchical and classified training.In view of this,from the theoretical level,it points out the logical way of professional farmers′hierarchical and classified training to serve the construction of skilled social talent pool,to meet the needs of rural revitalization industry development,to implement the reform of rural vocational education,and to meet the personalized and diversified needs of professional farmers.To put it into practice,the hierarchical and classified training of professional farmers needs to establish and improve the training system for professional farmers,strengthen the construction of highquality"doublequalified"teachers,build a hierarchical and modular training course system for professional farmers,and explore the hierarchical classification of professional farmers.
