摘要
本文测定了2018年9月漳江口表层水样品中不同形态汞的含量,分析了其分布特征及主要影响因素。漳江口表层水总汞(THg)、溶解态汞(DTHg)、颗粒态汞(PTHg)、总甲基汞(TMeHg)、溶解态甲基汞(DMeHg)和颗粒态甲基汞(PMeHg)浓度分别为(8.4±3.5)、(2.1±1.9)、(6.3±2.5)、(0.13±0.08)、(0.06±0.03)和(0.07±0.07)ng/L。平面分布上,THg高值区主要分布在竹塔村、北部近岸区域以及漳江入海口处附近,TMeHg高值区主要位于漳江北部支流、竹塔村附近和入海口处。TMeHg/THg、DTHg/THg和DMeHg/TMeHg占比分别为(1.7±0.8)%、(23.3±15.0)%和(48.8±31.0)%。Spearman相关性分析结果表明,TMeHg、DTHg和THg均与温度具有较好相关性,温度是影响漳江口水中汞分布的重要环境因素。24 h时间序列站水中不同形态汞监测结果表明,THg浓度高值出现在受养殖塘泥浆水影响时间点及高潮位点,TMeHg浓度高值出现在受养殖塘泥浆水影响时间点和低潮位点,说明养殖活动和潮汐可能是影响漳江口水中汞分布的重要因素。
In September 2018,the content of Hg in surface water samples of Zhangjiang Estuary were determined,and its distribution characteristics and major influencing factors were analyzed.The concentrations of total mercury(THg),dissolved total mercury(DTHg),particulate total mercury(PTHg),total methylmercury(TMeHg),dissolved methylmercury(DMeHg)and particulate methylmercury(PMeHg)were(8.4±3.5),(2.1±1.9),(6.3±2.5),(0.13±0.08),(0.06±0.03)and(0.07±0.07)ng/L,respectively.As for the spatial distribution,the high value areas of THg were mainly located at areas close to the Zhuta village,the northern bank and the estuary of the Zhangjiang River.The high value areas of TMeHg were mainly located in the northern tributary of Zhangjiang River,near Zhuta village and the estuary.The ratios of TMeHg/THg,DTHg/THg and DMeHg/TMeHg were calculated to be(1.7±0.8)%,(23.3±15.0)%and(48.8±31.0)%respectively.Spearman correlation analyses suggest that TMeHg,DTHg and THg had a good correlation with temperature,while tempe-rature was the key environmental factor affecting Hg distribution in the Zhangjiang Estuary.Variations of concentrations of mercury species at the 24 h time series site showed that high concentration of THg appeared at the time of being affected by the slurry water of aquaculture pond and at high tide,while high concentration of TMeHg appeared at the time of being affected by the slurry water of aquaculture pond and at low tide.These results indicate that the aquaculture activities and tidal may be important factor affecting the distribution of Hg in the Zhangjiang Estuary.
