网诊新型冠状病毒肺炎病案一例

A Virtual Case of Pneumonia Caused by Covid-19

通过对一例网诊冠状病毒肺炎的治疗过程的思考,探究柴苓汤与银柴消毒丹对冠状病毒肺炎的治疗作用。结论:柴苓汤的组成是小柴胡汤加五苓散再加上石上柏等。五苓散治疗新冠肺炎的肺间质炎症渗出;小柴胡用于调节人体津液运行;石上柏针对肺病毒感染。柴苓汤适用于新冠肺炎密切接触者的预防治疗以及新冠肺炎早起的湿大于热阶段的治疗。银柴消毒丹清热解毒作用加强,则用于新冠肺炎中期的热大于湿阶段的治疗。

Studies on the effect of Chai-ling decoction and Yin-Chai-Xiao-Du decoction in coronavirus disease 2019 by providing the treatment for a virtual case of pneumonia caused by COVID-19.Conclusion:Chai-Ling decoction,derived from a modification of Xiao-Chai-Hu decoction and Wu-Ling-San decoction,has been used to prevent from getting COVID-19 and treat the early-stage of COVID-19.Wu-Ling-San decoction has been used to treat the effusion caused by the interstitial inflammation of the lung;Xiao-Chai-Hu decoction has been used to balance fluid transportation in the body.Yin-Chai-Xiao-Du decoction for the treatment of COVID-19 middle stage with strengthening heat clearing and detoxification.
