通过新型冠状病毒性肺炎医案,探讨吴门验方银柴消毒丹在太阴肺湿热瘟病中期发热的临床应用疗效。吴雄志教授在太阴肺湿热瘟病(冠状病毒性肺炎)防治指南中指出;“湿热不在脾胃就在肝胆,脾为生湿之源,脾虚之人内外感召,所以湿热病常常在脾胃。并且少阳三焦参与水液代谢,湿热病容易弥漫三焦,上扰下注,外发内闭。”“少阳之上,火气治之”导致湿邪从少阳化热,是典型的新型冠状病毒性肺炎的特征。新冠肺炎早期(轻型)或密接者用吴门验方柴苓汤加减,太阳和少阳同治;中期发热方银柴消毒丹,太阳、少阳、阳明同治。吴门验方银柴消毒丹在新型冠状病毒性肺炎中期,抓住疾病的根本病机,显著改善患者高热、咳嗽、气喘、乏力、咽喉疼痛、食欲不振等临床症状。截断炎症风暴,防止发展为坏病。

This is a medical record reporting the treatment effectiveness of the novel coronavirus pneumonia through the application of the clinical procedures of the“Yin Chai disinfection medicine pill”as prescribed by Dr.Wu for the treatment of‘Taiyin’lung damp febrile diseases at the metaphase fever stage.In Professor Wu Xiongzhi’s guidelines for prevention and control of‘Taiyin’lung damp febrile diseases,he indicates that if damp and heat are not found in the spleen and/or stomach,then it will be in the liver and/or gallbladder.Persons having deficiency in spleen where dampness is originated will easily infect with damp febrile diseases.Also,due to the metabolism effect of shaoyang sanjiao in water and liquid,the damp febrile diseases will spread into and affect the sanjiao easily.The“Shaoyang encompassing the liver and digestive systems is governed by fire and Qi”,thus causing shaoyang giving off heat.This is a typical feature for Coronavirus pneumonia.At the early stage of minor infection or close contacts,the treatment can be cured using the Wu’s prescription–chailing decoction,healing both taiyang and shaoyang.At the metaphase,the use of Yin Chai disinfection medicine pill will be able to treat the taiyang,shaoyang and yangming meridians.The susceptibility to the fundamental pathogenesis at the metaphase of the novel coronavirus pneumonia can be confined by the prescription-Yin Chai disinfection medicine pill,as it will significantly improve the patients’clinical symptoms such as,high fever,coughing,asthma,weakness,sore throat,and loss of appetite,thus preventing the influx of the virus bursting into serious disease.
