新九针火针为主治疗带状疱疹的临证体会

Clinical Experience of New Nine Needles Fire Needle Therapy in Treating Herpes Zoster

带状疱疹是皮肤科常见的疾病之一,该病是由于水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染所致的疱疹性皮肤病。发病时疼痛剧烈,易留有后遗神经痛等并发症,给患者带来极大痛苦,严重影响生活质量。目前临床治疗本病方法多样,然而整体疗效不太理想。笔者通过临床跟师学习发现新九针火针为主治疗本病,不仅能缩短疗程,还可降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率,提高患者生活质量,以期为带状疱疹的综合治疗提供新的思路和方法。

Herpes zoster is one of the common diseases in dermatology.The disease is a herpetic skin disease caused by varicella-zoster virus infection.At the time of onset,pain is severe,and complications,such as postherpetic neuralgia remain easily,which brings great pain,seriously affecting the patient’s quality of life.At present,there are various clinical treatment methods for this disease,but the overall curative effect is not ideal.Through a clinical study with the teacher,the author discovered that the new nine needles fire needle therapy can not only shorten the treatment course,but also reduce the incidence of neuralgia after herpes zoster,improving the patient’s quality of life and providing a new comprehensive treatment for herpes zoster.Ideas and methods.
