十二烷基苯磺酸掺杂聚苯胺合成及其在钒电池电极板制备中的应用

摘要 使用十二烷基苯磺酸做掺杂酸合成掺杂态的聚苯胺,并制备以聚乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物为基体,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为增塑剂,掺杂态聚苯胺和炭黑为导电填料,填充制得的的导电塑料。用四探针法测试了掺杂聚苯胺和导电塑料的电导率,测试了导电塑料的力学性能和耐强酸腐蚀性能。使用聚苯胺和炭黑共混物作为导电填料制得的材料要比单独使用聚苯胺作为导电填料制得的材料具有更好的导电性能和力学性能。 Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid was used as the doping acid to synthesize doped polyaniline,and taking the polyethylene-acrylic acid copolymer as the substrate,the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)as the plasticizer,the doped polyaniline and carbon black as the conductive filler,the conductive plastics was prepared.The four-probe method was used to test the conduction of the doped polyaniline and the conductive plastics,and the mechanical properties and strong acid corrosion resistance of the conductive plastics were tested.The results showed that the conductive plastics prepared by using polyaniline and carbon black blend as conductive filler had better conductivity and the mechanical properties than those of the conductive plastics prepared by using single polyaniline or single carbon black.
