摘要
随着石油重质化、劣质化加速发展,加氢技术在原油深度加工和清洁燃料生产中起到重要作用。作为加氢反应的核心,加氢催化剂生产运行为加氢催化剂性能的稳步提升奠定了夯实了基础。本文针对制约加氢催化剂生产流程连续化运行的因素,从粉料拆卸、粉料输送、粉料混合和挤条机孔板拆卸等方面分析,提出了加氢催化剂长周期生产运行方案,工业运行结果表明,采用加氢催化剂长周期生产运行技术后,催化剂孔容均匀度提高了5.06%,比表面积均匀度提高了2.47%,强度均匀度提高了10.58%,堆比均匀度提高了1.88%,单位产品能耗降低了34.24%,提升了产品质量,保证装置长周期稳定运行。
With the accelerated development of oil heavier and inferior quality,hydrogenation technology plays an important role in the deep processing of crude oil and production of clean fuel.As the core of hydrogenation reaction,the production and operation of hydrogenation catalyst has laid a solid foundation on the steady improvement of hydrogenation catalyst performance.Aiming at the factors restricting hydrogenation catalyst continuous production and operation,powder removing,powder conveying,powder mixing and extruder orifice plate removing were analyzed to put forward long cycle production and operation plan of hydrogenation catalyst.Industrial running results showed that after using long cycle production and operation plan of hydrogenation catalyst,catalyst entrance evenness was increased by 5.06%,uniformity of specific surface area was increased by 2.47%,uniformity of strength was increased by 10.58%,uniformity of bulk ratio was increased by 1.88%,energy consumption per unit product was reduced by 34.24%,which improved the product quality and ensured the stable operation of the device for long cycle.
