低密度抗盐水泥浆体系在浅层页岩气井的应用

摘要 叙永太阳构造浅层页岩气随着进入开发后期,地层的压力系数降低,按照常规的固井工艺和水泥浆体系不能满足现有固井五条红线的要求。室内研发了一套低密度抗盐水泥浆体系,其具备突出的低温早强性能、优异的稳定性和流变性,稠化时间可任意调节,与有机盐钻井液相容性好。该水泥浆体系及配套技术已成功应用5井次,有效地解决了浅气层页岩气油层套管固井返高达不到要求和固井质量差等问题。 As the shallow shale gas in Xuyong Taiyang structure enters the later stage of development,the pressure coefficient of the formation decreases.The conventional cementing technology and cement slurry system cannot meet the requirements of the five requirements of existing cementing.A set of low-density salt-resistant cement slurry system has been developed indoors,it has outstanding low temperature and early strength performance,excellent stability and rheology,thickening time can be adjusted arbitrarily,and has good compatibility with organic salt drilling fluids.The cement slurry system and supporting technology have been successfully applied for 5 well times,effectively solving the problems of insufficient cementing return and poor cementing quality in shallow gas shale gas reservoirs.
