Enlightenment on Wounded Rescue and Medical Evacuation of US Military Vessels

基于美军提出的分布式海上作战概念,本文以2017年美军“巴丹号”两栖攻击舰接收6名伤员的行动过程为例,结合美军卫勤保障的发展趋势和相关学者研究,分析分布式海上作战背景下伤员救护和医疗后送面临的挑战,探讨一线战伤救治能力专业化、舰艇编队救护能力去中心化、海上医疗后送力量小型化与灵活化、卫勤保障体系全球化与信息化对未来我军海上作战伤员救护和医疗后送发展的启示。

Based on the concept of distributed maritime operations put forward by the US military,this pa⁃per took the operation process of the US Bataan amphibious assault ship receiving 6 wounded soldiers in 2017 as an example to analyze the challenge faced by the wounded rescue and medical evacuation in the context of distributed maritime operations,combining the development trend of the US military medical support and the research of rele⁃vant scholars.This paper discussed the implications for the development of wounded rescue and medical evacuation in the future from the diversification of the ability to treatment of front-line war wounds,the decentralization of rescue capability of naval fleet,the miniaturization and flexibility of maritime medical evacuation force,the globaliza⁃tion and informatization of medical support system.
