“ 微课” 结合PBL 教学法在军队住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of Micro-course Combined with PBL Teaching in the Standardized Training of Military Resi⁃dents

军队住院医师规范化培训是培养军事医学院校毕业生成为合格的卫勤保障力量的必要途径。目前军队住院医师培训模式较为简单,应用“微课”结合PBL教学法的模式可以有效地提高学员的积极性及学习效率,本文就这种教学模式在军队住院医师规范化培训中的应用进行思考和分析。

Standardized training of military residents is a necessary way to train military medical college graduates to become qualified medical service support forces.At present,the training mode of military residents is relatively simple,and the application of“micro-course”combined with PBL teaching can effectively improve the enthusiasm and learning efficiency of students.This paper analyzed the application of this teaching mode in the standardized training of military residents.
