Cultivation of Scientific Research Ability of Clinic Medical Undergraduates in Air Force Medical University

临床医学本科学员科学研究素养的培养是军队高层次医学人才培养的重要环节,与临床医学本科学员毕业后提高自身、军队甚至全社会的医疗卫生水平密切相关。通过阐述建立医学本科学员指导科研团队,培养科学兴趣和科学精神,培育科研能力,参加课外科研活动和竞赛等对培养军队临床医学本科学员科研素养的作用,探索培养适应临床医学发展和满足军队、国家需求的高素质医学人才的综合方法。

The training of scientific research ability among clinical medical undergraduates is important to cultivate high-level talented medical persons in the military,and it is related to whether medical undergraduates have the ability to embark on the road after their graduations and have the potential to improve their own,or even the level of medical and health care of the military and all society.This paper expounded the role of the establish⁃ment of scientific research guiding team,the training of scientific interests and spirits,the education of scientific re⁃search practice skills and the participation of extracurricular scientific researches and scientific competitions in cul⁃tivating the scientific research ability of military clinical medical undergraduates,and explored multiple ways to train high-level medical talents who can adapt to the development of basic medicine and meet with the requirement of the military and society as well.
