前列腺电切术后尿失禁患者新护理管理模式

Application of 3S2E Nursing Management Mode in Patients with Urinary Incontinence after Electroprosta⁃tectomy

目的探讨“3S2E”护理管理模式在前列腺增生(BPH)术后尿失禁中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月—2020年8月间本院泌尿外科收治的232例接受TRUP手术的BPH患者,通过国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表简表(ICI-Q-SF)评测结合尿动力学检查和分析,将拔除导尿管后发生尿失禁的患者纳入研究,共计80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施“3S2E”护理管理模式,比较两组患者尿失禁持续时间、缓解率、HAMA评分、I-QOL评分和护理满意度。结果观察组尿失禁持续时间短于对照组,缓解率高于对照组,HAMA评分低于对照组,I-QOL评分高于对照组,护理总满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“3S2E”护理管理模式的实施,不仅缩短接受TURP术的BPH患者术后出现的尿失禁持续时间,改善患者焦虑状态,提高患者生活质量,明显提升了护理服务质量,有良好的应用效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of“3S2E”nursing management mode on urinary inconti⁃nence after BPH operation.Methods A total of 40 patients with BPH who underwent TURP in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 40 BPH patients with urinary inconti⁃nence after TURP in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given“3S2E”nursing man⁃agement mode on the basis of the control group.The duration of urinary incontinence,remission rate,HAMA score,I-QOL score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of urinary incontinence in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the remission rate was higher than that in the control group,the HAMA score was lower than that in the control group,the I-QOL score was higher than that in the control group,the total satisfaction of nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of“3S2E”nurs⁃ing management mode can not only shorten the duration of postoperative urinary incontinence in BPH patients re⁃ceiving TURP surgery,improve the state of anxiety,improve the quality of life of patients,significantly improve the quality of nursing service,and have a good application effect.
