叙事护理对住院离退休干部负性情绪的影响

Effect of Narrative Nursing on the Negative Emotion of Hospitalized Retired Veteran Cadres

目的探讨叙事护理对改善住院离休干部负性情绪的影响。方法对122名离休干部住院患者采用医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HAD量表)进行测评,将无焦虑抑郁症状的78名患者作为对照组,有焦虑抑郁症状的44名患者作为研究组。对照组开展常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上运用叙事护理,于出院当天再次采用HAD焦虑量表进行评价,同时调查患者对护理服务的满意度。结果出院时研究组HAD量表评分(6.53±4.08)分较入院时(9.86±4.12)分显著降低(P<0.01);研究组患者干预后焦虑发生率、特别是重度患者发生率显著低于干预前(P<0.05或0.01);研究组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论叙事护理运用于离休干部住院患者,有助于改善其焦虑抑郁等负性情绪,并能提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on improving the negative emotion of re⁃tired veteran cadres in hospital.Methods A total of 122 hospitalized veteran cadres were evaluated by the hospital Anxiety and depression Mood Scale(HAD),78 patients without anxiety and depression symptoms as the control group,44 patients with anxiety and depression symptoms as the study group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the research group used narrative nursing on the basis of the control group.On the day of discharge,the HAD anxiety scale was used again to evaluate,and the satisfaction of the patients with nursing services was investigated.Results The HAD scale score of the study group(6.53±4.08)was significantly lower than that of the study group(9.86±4.12)at discharge(P<0.01).In the study group,the incidence of anxiety after intervention,especially in severe patients,was significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05 or 0.01).The pa⁃tient satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Narra⁃tive nursing applied to retired veteran cadres hospitalized patients can help improve their negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
