南沙某岛礁医院的护理工作实践

Practice and Experience of Nursing Work in an Island Hospital in Nansha

目的探讨南沙某岛礁医院护理工作的实践与体会。通过对岛礁医院的现状分析,不断摸索,总结经验,提出切实可行的应对方法。方法通过加强各岗位工作流程的学习,各项技术的培训,传帮带的带教模式,运用6S精益管理法管理各物资库房,使护理队伍训练成“一专多能、一人多用”的专业护理团队,对突发性应急预案模拟演练。结果提高护理人员的应急保障能力,让护理工作更加高效,顺利完成。结论在岛礁医院工作需要不断总结经验,具备全方面的护理知识和技能,不断学习,才能更好地胜任护理工作。

Objective To explore the nursing practice and experience of an island hospital in Nansha through the analysis of the current situation of the island and reef hospitals so as to summarize the experience and put forward practical and feasible countermeasures.Methods By strengthening the learning of the work flow of each post,the training of various technologies,the teaching mode of passing on the knowledge,helping and teach⁃ing,and the use of the 6S lean management method to manage the material warehouse,the nursing team was trained into a professional one of“one specialty,multiple functions,one person and multiple uses”,and simulating the sudden emergency plan.Results Improving the emergency support ability of nursing staff made nursing more efficient and smooth.Conclusion Working in the island and reef hospital requires continuous experience,compre⁃hensive nursing knowledge and skills,and continuous learning in order to be better qualified for nursing work.
