摘要
调研数据表明,创新创业教育教师队伍中同时具备实践知识和专业素养的比例不高,可以借鉴“无知之教”理论进行优化。“无知之教”可以教,就是通过“自知无知”的精神锤炼、教师创业观念的建构更新、学生创业能力的激发解放,明确创新创业教育目的是重在培养学生创业的理念、精神、思维及能力,而不仅仅限于传授创业知识和方法。“无知之教”如何教,表现在由“无知”到“有知”,打造专业化职业化教师队伍;由“有知”到“畅通”,拓展创新创业教育教师队伍职业发展路径;由“畅通”到“广谱”,拓展创新创业教育教师队伍理念。
The survey data show that the proportion of teachers with both practical knowledge and pro⁃fessional quality in innovation and entrepreneurial education is not high,which can be optimized by refer⁃ring to the theory of“teaching of ignorance”.“Teaching of ignorance”can be taught,that is,through the spiritual training of“self-knowledge and ignorance”,the construction and renewal of teachers’entrepre⁃neurial ideas,and the stimulation and liberation of students’entrepreneurial ability.It is clear that the pur⁃pose of innovation and entrepreneurial education is to focus on cultivating students’entrepreneurial ideas,spirit,thinking and ability,rather than just teaching entrepreneurial knowledge and methods.How to teach“the teaching of ignorance”is reflected in the transformation from“ignorance”to“knowledge”,so as to build a professional team of teachers.From“knowing”to“unimpeded”,it expands the career development path of innovation and entrepreneurial education teachers.From“unimpeded”to“broad-spectrum”,it ex⁃pands the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education teachers.
