基于信息论的施工会议效率提升策略

Strategies for improving the efficiency of construction planning meeting based on information theory

施工管理者通常参加各种计划会议来及时地确认并且排除施工任务执行过程中的约束条件。应用信息论方法来分析每周计划会议中关于约束条件讨论中所含信息的不确定性并计量信息传递效率,在此基础上提出了有效的提高施工计划会议效率的策略。因此本研究可以为提高施工计划可靠性提供方法参考,同时也对施工项目计划有效性提高有实际的指导意义。

Construction managers usually need to spend a significant amount of time in various planning meetings to remove constraints in the process of construction task execution.This research innovatively explored the possibility of utilizing information theory approach to quantify the uncertainty in the information transmission of planning meeting discussion by measuring entropy and developed a framework and method based on an empirical planning and production data from a real project.Therefore,this study can provide not only method reference for improving reliability of construction plan,but also practical guidance to help project managers plan and run meetings more effectively.
