碱激发胶凝材料用于CFRP加固混凝土结构研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 碱激发胶凝材料具有优异的力学性能、良好的耐高温、耐腐蚀性能,作为一种新型建筑材料得到广泛的应用和研究。从碱激发胶凝材料的基本性能、胶凝材料粘贴碳纤维布(简称CFRP)加固混凝土结构界面黏结性能、胶凝材料粘贴CFRP加固混凝土结构的加固性能三个方面对碱激发胶凝材料的研究进展进行了总结和介绍。现有的研究成果表明:碱激发胶凝材料力学和耐久性能优异;作为无机胶加固混凝土构件的界面黏结性能良好;加固混凝土构件的刚度、承载能力显著提高;碱激发无机胶凝材料作为黏结剂的加固效果与有机胶类似,且加固结构的耐高温性能更优。但是,碱激发胶凝材料存在极限变形能力差,对CFRP的浸润性能不足等缺点,限制了碱激发无机胶的发展和工程应用,有待进一步研究。 Alkali-activated cementitious materials have excellent mechanical properties,good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,and have been widely applied and studied as a new type of building material.This article summarizes the research on alkali-activated cementitious materials from three aspects:the basic properties of alkali-activated cementitious materials,the interface bonding performance of cementitious materials pasted with CFRP to strengthen concrete structures,and the reinforcement performance of cementitious materials pasted with CFRP for strengthening concrete structures.Research results show that:alkali-activated cementitious materials have excellent mechanical performance;the interfacial bonding performance of concrete components strengthened with inorganic adhesive is good;stiffness and bearing capacity of reinforced concrete components are significantly improved;the strengthening effect of alkali-activated inorganic cementitious materials is similar to organic matrix,and has higher temperature resistance.However,alkali-activated cementitious materials have poor ultimate deformability and insufficient wettability to CFRP.These will become the main factors that limit the development and engineering application of alkali-activated inorganic adhesives and are worthy of further study.
