摘要
通过对大连南满洲工业专门学校旧址主楼砖墙破损情况的调研,针对主楼砖墙破损情况进行病理分析,包括砖体材料、残缺破损、酥碱风化、勾缝粉化脱落、面层空鼓脱落、墙身开裂等,结合建筑现状与病理分析提出相应的保护措施,包括墙表清洗、墙身修复等。探索大连地区近代建筑遗产砖墙损害的相关因素,为大连近代建筑遗产保护与修复提供方法参考。
Based on the investigation of brick wall damage of the main building in the former site of South Manchuria Industrial Special School in Dalian,the pathological analysis is carried out for the damage and deterioration of the brick wall of the main building,including the brick material,the damage,the alkali-shortening weathering,joint powdering falling off,surface layer hollowing off,the wall cracking,and so on.The exploration of related factors of brick wall damage of modern architectural heritage in Dalian area provides reference for the protection and restoration of modern architectural heritage in Dalian.
