全要素统筹视角下的滨海区域绿地地下空间利用初探——以青岛西海岸新区为例

摘要 绿地作为城市重要的景观资源、生态资源,对于城市环境美化、提升具有重要作用,其价值也多体现在公园游憩、绿化防护上,对于其地下空间的开发利用反而受关注度不足。以青岛西海岸新区滨海区域绿地地下空间利用为例,运用全要素统筹的方法,衔接城市发展、居民生活、轨道开发、周边项目建设、环境安全以及后续实施需求,从区域协同、需求保障、要素支撑入手,多角度探讨综合利用城市绿地地下开发。促进绿地地下空间的一体化利用,增加城市建设空间,缓解新时期城市存量发展背景下空间拓展不足、人地矛盾紧张的困境,满足人民对美好环境的诉求,以期能为相关规划研究和规划编制提供参考。 As an important landscape resource and ecological resource of the city,green space plays an important role in the beautification and promotion of urban environment.Its value is mainly reflected in the park recreation,greening protection,but due attention has not been paid to the development and utilization of its underground space.This paper takes the utilization of the underground part of green space in the coastal area of Qingdao West Coast as an example.Using the method of all elements co-ordination,this paper coordinates the urban development,residents′life,track development,surrounding project construction,environmental safety and follow-up implementation needs.Starting from regional coordination,demand guarantee and elements support,this paper explores the comprehensive use of urban green space underground development from multiple perspectives.This paper aims to promote the integrated utilization of underground space in green space,increase the space of urban construction,alleviate the plight of insufficient space expansion and tension between people and land under the background of urban stockage development in the new period,and meet the people′s demand for a better environment,so as to provide reference for relevant planning research and planning.
