共享经济影响下民宿的演变、发展模式及展望

Evolution,Development Models and Prospects of Homestay under the Influence of Sharing Economy

共享经济对民宿的发展影响深远。分析共享经济背景下民宿的特征演变、发展模式及其对城乡社区的影响,结果发现:①民宿产品、平台、供需方等要素变化显著,逐渐从传统型向共享型转变。②民宿呈现出发展规模化、经营品牌化、主体多元化、营销平台化、产业融合化的演变趋势。③民宿演化出城市共享住宿和乡村共享民宿两种新模式。其中:共享住宿对城市社区的影响在于盘活淡季旅游,增强社区活力,完善市场监管,保护传统文化;共享民宿从重塑社区空间、吸纳乡村精英和资本、可持续生计转型、落实乡村振兴战略等方面助推乡村发展。基于此,本文从疫情应对、房东管理、平台优化、收益共享等角度提出共享经济背景下民宿未来发展方向的展望。

Sharing economy had far-reaching influence on the development of homestay.This paper analyzed the characteristic evolution,development models of homestay and its impact on urban and rural communities under the background of sharing economy.The results showed that:①Elements such as products,platforms,suppliers and demanders of homestay changed significantly,and homestay transformed from traditional type to sharing type gradually.②Homestay showed the evolution trend of large-scale development,brand management,diversified subject,platform-based marketing and integrated industry.③Homestay evolved into two new models:urban sharing accommodation and rural sharing homestay.The impact of sharing accommodation on urban communities was mainly to revitalize off-season tourism,enhance community vitality,improve market supervision and protect traditional culture,sharing homestay promoted rural development by reshaping community space,absorbing rural elites and capital,transforming sustainable livelihood and implementing rural revitalization strategy.Based on this,this paper put forward the development prospect of homestay under the background of sharing economy from the perspectives of epidemic response,landlord management,platform optimization and revenue sharing.
