摘要
目的探讨护士角色宽度自我效能对其职业生涯韧性的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、护理人员职业生涯韧性量表和角色宽度自我效能测量量表对山东省3所医院891名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士职业生涯韧性总分为(84.56±7.31)分,角色宽度自我效能总分为(23.23±4.83)分;角色宽度自我效能与职业生涯韧性呈正相关(r=0.591,P<0.01),分层回归显示,年龄、工作年限、人事关系和角色宽度自我效能是影响护士职业生涯韧性的主要因素,角色宽度自我效能可独立解释职业生涯韧性28.1%的变异。结论护士职业生涯韧性有待提高,角色宽度自我效能水平较高,角色宽度自我效能影响护士职业生涯韧性,护理管理者应采取有效措施提高护士角色宽度自我效能进而提高其职业生涯韧性水平,稳定和发展护理队伍。
Objective To explore the influence of the role breadth self-efficacy on career resilience of nurses.Methods A total of 891 nurses from 3 hospitals in Shandong province were investigated by the general data questionnaire,the role breadth self-efficacy scale and career resilience scale.Results The score of career resilience was(84.56±7.31),and the score of role breadth self-efficacy was(23.23±4.83).The role breadth self-efficacy was positively correlated with career resilience(r=0.591,P<0.01).Stratified regression showed that age,years of working,employment way and the role breadth self-efficacy were the main factors affecting the career resilience of nurses,and role breadth self-efficacy independently explained 28.1%of the variation in career resilience.Conclusion The career resilience of nurses needs to be improved,and the role breadth self-efficacy level is high.The role breadth self-efficacy affects the career resilience of nurses.Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve nurses'role breadth self-efficacy,so as to improve their career resilience,and manage the nursing workforce stably.
