心理弹性在规范化培训护士自我同一性与职业成长间的中介效应分析 被引量:5

The mediating effect of psychological resilience on self-identity and career growth of standardized training nurses

摘要 目的采取结构方程模型探讨心理弹性在规范化培训护士自我同一性与职业成长的中介效应。方法采用一般资料问卷、自我同一性地位测量量表、护士职业成长量表及心理弹性量表对上海市三级甲等医院272名规范化培训护士进行问卷调查。结果规范化培训护士自我同一性位于扩散-积极的延缓地位人数最多(64.71%),职业成长总分(50.81±8.74)分,心理弹性总分为(60.10±14.57)分,自我同一性、职业成长、心理弹性三者呈正相关(P<0.01),心理弹性在自我同一性与职业成长间具有部分中介效应(β=0.175,P<0.05)。结论规范化培训护士的职业成长进展良好,自我同一性多处于扩散-积极的延缓地位,心理弹性水平处于中等,有待提高。可通过提升规范化培训护士自我同一性地位,促进心理弹性积极地发展,从而对职业成长产生有利影响。 Objective Using structural equation model to explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience on self-identity and career growth of standardized training nurses.Methods The general data questionnaire,Self-identity Status Measurement Scale,Career Growth of Nurse Scale and Conner Davidson Resilience Scale were used to survey 272 standardized training nurses in Grade III and Grade A hospitals in Shanghai.Results The number of standardized training nurses in the stage of identity diffusion-moratorium was the most(64.71%).The total score of professional growth of nurses was(50.81±8.74).The total score of psychological resilience was(60.10±14.57).There were significant positive correlations among self-identity,career growth,and psychological resilience(P<0.01).Psychological resilience had a partial mediating effect between self-identity and career growth(β=0.175,P<0.05).Conclusion The career growth progress of standardized training nurses are good.Self-identity is mostly in diffusion-moratorium status.The level of psychological resilience is medium and needs to be improved.Improving the self-identity status of standardized training nurses can promote the positive development of psychological resilience,and thus have a favorable influence on their career growth.
