成年女性HPV疫苗接种意愿及行为问卷的编制及信效度检验

Development,reliability and validity of HPV vaccination willingness and behaviors questionnaire for adult women

目的编制适用于我国成年女性HPV疫苗接种意愿及行为问卷,并验证其信效度。方法在广泛查阅国内外文献、专家函询的基础上以保护动机理论为理论构架,初步编制了HPV疫苗接种意愿与行为问卷。采用便利抽样法选取武汉市某社区300名成年女性开展调查以检验问卷信效度。结果问卷共包含32个条目,划分为严重性、易感性、内部奖励、外部奖励、反应效能、反应代价和自我效能等7个维度。问卷总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.932,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.852、0.625、0.968、0.944、0.920、0.896、0.970;内容效度指数为0.963,累积方差解释率达78.425%。结论成年女性HPV疫苗接种意愿及行为调查问卷信效度较好,适用于评价我国成年女性的HPV疫苗接种意愿与接种行为。

Objective To develop a questionnaire to assess the HPV vaccination willingness and behaviors among adult women in China.Methods Using literature review and experts enquiry to develop an initial questionnaire of HPV vaccination willingness and behaviors according to protection motivation theory.A convenient sampling method were conducted to recruit 300 community-dwelling adult women to test its reliability and validity.Results The questionnaire was consisted of 32 items that were divided into 7 dimensions,such as severity,susceptibility,internal reward,external reward,response efficacy,response cost and self-efficacy.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.932.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension were 0.852,0.625,0.968,0.944,0.920,0.896 and 0.970.The content validity index was 0.963 and the cumulative explanatory variation was 78.425%.Conclusion The questionnaire has a good reliability and validity which is an effective tool to evaluate HPV vaccination willingness and behaviors of adult women.
