摘要
随着城阳城区人口和城市规模的不断增加,城区用水量迅速增加。通过对耗水量、进出水量以及径流水质的分析,确定该工程的设计规模为2万m^(3)/d。通过工艺和设施的选择、工艺方案对比表明,MBBR工艺采用污泥膜复合工艺,抗震性更强,冬季更稳定,项目采用MBBR工艺,各项指标基本满足行业最低要求,项目财务评价结果良好,经济合理。自来水厂的建设将使城市内河水质得到提高,并且对减少各种传染病对人民健康的威胁、提高人民生活水平具有重要作用。全年污染物变化量为:TN减少1277.5 t,TP减少237 t,COD减少14600 t,SS减少10585 t,BOD5减少6935 t。研究成果可作为城阳市污水处理厂扩建的决策依据,经济、社会、生态效益评价方法或模型可供专业同仁评价同类污水处理厂时参考。
As the population of Chengyang urban area and the size of the town continue to increase,water consumption in the urban area is increasing rapidly.By analyzing its water consumption,intake and drainage and drainage water quality,it was determined that the design scale of the project is 20000 m^(3)/d.Through the selection of processes and facilities,the comparison of process schemes shows that scheme two(MBBR process)adopts mud-film composite process,which is more resistant to impact and more stable in winter.Scheme two is adopted in this project.The indicators basically meet the minimum requirements of the industry.The financial evaluation results of the project are good and economically feasible.The construction of water plants will improve and improve the water quality of urban inland rivers,and play an important role in preventing various infectious diseases and public hazards and improving people′s health.The annual increase and reduction of pollutants are:CODcr reduction 14600 t/a,BOD5 reduction 6935 t/a,SS reduction 10585 t/a,TN reduction volume 1277.5 t/a,TP reduction 237 t/a.The research results can provide a decision-making basis for the expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Chengyang City,and its economic,social and environmental benefit evaluation method or model can be used as a reference for peers when evaluating similar sewage treatment plants.
