摘要
针对尼龙66切片生产废水成分复杂、高氨氮、低碳氮比的特点,采用水解酸化-A/O-深度处理工艺进行处理,介绍了构筑物设计参数及设备选型,考察了球形组合填料强化废水水解酸化处理的可行性。研究结果表明:球形组合填料能够强化废水的水解酸化处理,并且能够缩短废水处理的工艺流程,工艺流程由原来的水解酸化-A/O-深度处理缩短成高效水解酸化-A/O。COD去除率达到96%以上,NH_(3)-N去除率达到98%以上,出水水质优于工业园区污水处理厂接收标准,并达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。
As wastewater from nylon 66 chip production is characterized by complex composition,high ammonia nitrogen and low carbon-nitrogen ratio,a process of hydrolytic acidification-A/O-advanced treatment was adopted for its treatment.The design parameters of the structures as well as the type selection of the equipments were introduced.The feasibility of using spherical composite fillers to enhance hydrolytic acidification treatment of the wastewater was investigated.The results showed that,spherical composite filler could strengthen the hydrolytic acidification treatment of wastewater and shorten the process flow,the process flow was shortened from the original"hydrolytic acidification-A/O-advanced treatment"to"efficient hydrolytic acidification-A/O",the removal rates of COD and NH_(3)-N reached above 96%and 98%respectively,the effluent water quality was superior to the acceptance standards for sewage treatment plants in the industrial park,and met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
