摘要
某兆瓦级氢能综合利用站是国内首个兆瓦级氢能源储能电站,无现成规范和可借鉴的现成设计案例。按照消防设计咨询会专家组意见,确定本项目参照GB 50177—2005《氢气站设计规范》、DL 5027—2015《电力设备典型消防规程》、GB 51048—2014《电化学储能电站设计规范》、GB 50016—2014《建筑设计防火规范》(2018年版)等现行消防规范规程进行设计、施工图审查。根据该项目火灾特点介绍了消防系统选型及设计参数的选取,阐述了选择消防灭火系统扑灭本项目火灾的有效性。
A MW hydrogen energy comprehensive utilization station is the first MW hydrogen energy storage power station in China,no ready-made specifications or design cases for reference.According to the suggestion of the expert group of the fire protection design consultation meeting,the project was designed and the construction drawings were investigated by reference to GB 50177—2005 Design code for hydrogen station,DL 5027—2015 Typical extinguishing and protection regulation of electrical equipment,GB 51048—2014 Design code for electrochemical energy storage station,and GB 50016—2014 Code for fire protection design of buildings(2018 edition).According to the fire characteristics of the said project,the selection of fire extinguishing system and design parameters were introduced,the effectiveness of the selected fire extinguishing system for the said project were elaborated.
