新时代很多长期制约检察机关职能发挥的瓶颈问题亟须通过检察改革来解决。地方检察机关在推进检察改革过程中要运用正确的方法,坚持内在需求与外在需求相契合,坚持上层设计与基层探索相互动,争取党委支持和上级支持相并重,坚持前期孵化与后期培育相衔接,坚持指导原则与制度构建相呼应,坚持创新思维与法治思维相统一,坚持牵头抓总与分工协同相协调,坚持总结提炼与宣传推广相兼顾。

In the new era,many long-term bottlenecks restricting the functions of procuratorial organs need to be solved through procuratorial reform.In the process of promoting procuratorial reform,local procuratorial organs should adhere to the combination of internal and external needs,the interaction between upper level design and grass-roots exploration,the equal emphasis on Party committee leadership and superior support,the convergence of early incubation and late cultivation,the coordination of guiding principles and system construction,and the unity of innovative thinking and legal thinking.We should take the lead and coordinate with the division of labor and coordination,and give consideration to both summary and promotion.
