镁铬砖用不同含铬原料的分析

Analysis and Study of Different Chromium Containing Raw Materials Chrome Ores for Magnesia Chrome Brick

文章利用SEM和能谱分析对镁铬砖使用的不同含铬原料(伊朗铬矿、新疆铬矿、南非铬精矿、阿曼铬矿、西藏铬矿、巴基斯坦铬矿、印度铬精矿)进行了化学成分分析、显微结构分析,对比了晶粒尺寸、杂质成分等,总结了镁铬砖用铬质原料的结构特征,提出了产品设计对矿源选择的依据。

The chemical composition and microstructure of different chromium containing raw materials(Iran chromium ore,Xinjiang chromium ore,South Africa chromium concentrate,Oman chromium ore,Tibet chromium ore,Pakistan chromium ore and India chromium concentrate) used in magnesium chromium brick were analyzed by SEM and energy spectrum analysis.The crystal size and impurity composition were compared,the structural characteristics of chromium raw materials used in magnesium chromium brick were summarized,and the basis for ore source selection in product design was put forward.
