摘要
某炼厂催化油浆具有低硫特性,但因灰分含量高,难以有效利用,导致产品附加值低。该炼厂借助政策转变契机,从行业和生产实际出发进行攻关,找到了油浆脱灰剂工业应用的有效途径,对加注点、方式、储罐、流程进行了系统优化、形成了油浆脱灰完整的工艺及操作方法,为油浆的工业利用找到一条切实可行的道路。通过优化,吨油效益比原设计提升100元。
A refinerys catalytic oil slurry has low sulfur characteristics,but because of its high ash content,it is difficult to effectively use,resulting in low added value of the product.The refinery took advantage of the opportunity of policy change,started tackling key problems from the country and production reality,found an effective way for the industrial application of oil slurry deashing agent,and systematically optimized the filling point,method,storage tank,and process to form an oil slurry complete process and operation method for ash removal.Find a feasible way for the comprehensive industrial utilization of oil slurry.Through optimization,the benefit per ton of oil is increased by 100 yuan compared with the original design.
