聚驱注入流程管道结垢的分析与处理

摘要 三次采油中重要措施之一的聚驱技术,是油井的降水增油的重要措施之一。渤海某些油田经过多年聚驱的实施,注入管线中存在了大量结垢物,造成注入压力高、设备负荷大,使聚合物驱注入端受到严重影响。文章针对海上某油田情况和聚驱设备、流程,分析结垢原因并提出了一种适合海上解决聚驱注入流程管道结垢的方法,即“化学除垢法”。该工艺占地小、易操作,可有效地解决渤海油田聚驱流程除垢困难的问题,保证聚驱作业的高效实施。 As one of the important measures to enhance oil recovery,polymer flooding plays an important role in increasing oil and controlling water.However,after years of polymer flooding in some oil fields in Bohai Sea,there are a lot of scaling in the injection pipeline,resulting in high injection pressure and heavy equipment load,which seriously affects the injection end of polymer flooding.According to the situation of an offshore oil field and polymer flooding equipment and process,this paper analyzes the reasons for scaling and puts forward a suitable method for solving the scaling problem in the injection process pipeline of polymer flooding at sea,which is called "chemical descaling method",it can effectively solve the problem of scale removal in Polymer flooding process in Bohai Sea oilfield and ensure the efficient implementation of polymer flooding.
