不同投饲率对吉富罗非鱼血液生理生化指标与生长性能的影响

Effects of Different Feeding Rates on Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes and Growth Performance of GIFT Tilapia

摘要 为探讨吉富罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus,GIFT)的适宜投饲率,设置了4个投饲率(1.5%、2.0%、2.5%和3.0%)分组,每组3个重复。研究不同投饲率对吉富罗非鱼生长性能和血液生理生化的影响,并探索生长性能与增重率的相关性。选取初重(39.0±0.5)g的吉富罗非鱼作为研究对象,养殖周期为45 d,室内循环水养殖,水温(33.0±0.2)℃。结果表明,试验鱼的终末体重、特定生长率、相对增重率、饲料效率均与随投饲率呈正比关系,3%投饲率组的增重率和特定生长率显著高于其他投饲率组(P<0.05);罗非鱼的红细胞数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清总蛋白(STP)的含量随投饲率的升高而上调。相关性分析研究表明,RBC、Hb与增重率极显著相关(P<0.01);STP、胆固醇(CHOL)和甘油三酯(TG)与增重率显著相关(P<0.05),建议将RBC、Hb、STP、CHOL和TG作为反映吉富罗非鱼生长性能的重要的新指标。 In order to explore the suitable feeding rate of GIFT Tilapia,four groups of feeding rates(1.5%,2.0%,2.5%and 3.0%)were set up in this experiment,with three repetitions in each group.To study the effects of different feeding rates on growth performance and blood physiology and biochemistry of GIFT Tilapia,and to explore the correlation between growth performance and weight gain rate.GIFT Tilapia with an initial weight of(39.0±0.5)g was selected as the research object.The breeding cycle was 45 days.It was cultured in indoor circulating water with a water temperature of(33.0±0.2)℃.The results showed that the final body weight,specific growth rate,relative weight gain rate and feed efficiency of experimental fish were in direct proportion to the feeding rate.The weight gain rate and specific growth rate of 3%feeding rate group were significantly higher than those of other feeding rate groups(P<0.05);The contents of red blood cell number(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and serum total protein(STP)of GIFT Tilapia increased with the increase of feeding rate.Correlation analysis showed that RBC and Hb were significantly correlated with weight gain rate(P<0.01);STP,cholesterol(CHOL)and triglyceride(TG)were significantly correlated with weight gain rate(P<0.05).It was suggested that RBC,Hb,STP,CHOL and TG should be used as important and new indexes to reflect the growth performance of GIFT Tilapia.
