云南保山初烤烟致香成分与生态因子的相关性研究

Study on Correlation between Aroma Components and Ecological Factors of Early Flue-cured Tobacco in Baoshan

为探讨云南保山烟区不同生态环境对初烤烟致香成分的影响,采用气质联用技术对2020年保山地区5个区县(昌宁、隆阳、腾冲、龙陵、施甸)共计102个初烤烟叶样品的致香成分含量进行了测定,结合多元统计分析方法考察了生态环境因子(平均温度、降雨量、光照时间、海拔高度)对致香成分含量的影响。正交偏最小二乘判别(OPLS-DA)分析结果显示:保山烟区5个县市烟叶被划分成3类,与生态因子聚类分析结果保持一致;利用OPLS-DA结合变量重要性(VIP值)筛选出24种受生态因子影响较为显著的致香成分。

To study the effects of different ecological environment on aroma components of early flue-cured tobacco in Baoshan tobacco area of Yunnan Province,a total of 102 aroma components content of early flue-cured tobacco samples from five districts and counties(Changning,Longyang,Tengchong,Longling and Shidian)of Baoshan area in 2020 were determined by GC-MS.The effects of ecological environmental factors(mean temperature,precipitation,illumination time and altitude)on the content of aroma components were investigated by multivariate statistical analysis.The results of orthogonal partial least squares(OPLS-DA)analysis showed that the tobacco leaves in the five counties and cities of Baoshan tobacco area were divided into three categories,which were consistent with the results of ecological factor cluster analysis.The OPLS-DA and VIP value were used to screen out 24 aroma components that were significantly affected by ecological factors.
