体医结合护理干预在稳定期住院精神分裂症患者中的应用

Application of Combination of Sports and Medicine in Nursing Intervention of in Patients with Schizophrenia during Stable Stage

目的:探讨体医结合护理干预在稳定期住院精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年8月1日~2020年8月31日收治的102例稳定期精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组50例和观察组52例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用体医结合护理干预,两组均干预2个月;比较两组干预前后行为障碍程度[采用护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)]、精神障碍[采用简明精神病评估量表(BPRS)]、社会功能障碍[采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)]、生活质量[采用精神分裂症者生活质量量表(SQLS)中文版]。结果:干预后,两组NOSIE、SSPI、BPRS、SQLS评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:将体医结合护理干预应用于稳定期住院精神分裂症患者中,可改善患者行为、精神症状,有利于提高其社会功能和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of combination of sports and medicine in the nursing intervention of inpatients with schizophrenia during stable stage.Methods:A total of 102 patients with schizophrenia during stable stage admitted during August 1,2017 to August 31,2020 were selected,and were randomly divided into the control group with 50 cases and the observation group with 52 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group adopted nursing intervention of combination of sports and medicine.Both groups of patients were intervened for 2 months.The degree of behavioral disorder by Nurses′Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE),degree of mental disorder by Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),degree of social dysfunction by Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)and quality of life by Chinese version of Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)were compared between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of NOSIE,SSPI,BPRS and SQLS of the two groups were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of combination of sports and medicine intervention can improve the behaviors and mental symptoms,and help to enhance the social function and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia during stable stage.
